Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Ntaifitness. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.ntaifitness.com and any purchase of commercial or home gym equipment from Shandong Ningtai Body Building Apparatus Limited Company (dba “Ntaifitness”). By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Ordering & Payment Terms

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Ntaifitness operates on an EXW (Ex-Works) basis from our factory in DeZhou, China, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment methods include:

• 30% deposit via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), 70% before shipment
• Irrevocable L/C at sight (for orders over $50,000)
• Alibaba Trade Assurance (for verified buyers)

2. Shipping & Delivery

We offer global shipping with typical lead times of 25–50 days from order confirmation to port arrival. Final delivery to your facility (e.g., gym in Dubai, studio in London) is the buyer’s responsibility unless “door-to-door” service is pre-arranged. While we strive for on-time delivery, Ntaifitness is not liable for delays caused by:

• Customs clearance
• Force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, port strikes)
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

3. Warranties & Liability

Ntaifitness provides industry-leading warranties:

• 10 years on structural frames
• 2–5 years on parts (motors, electronics, upholstery)
• Lifetime bearing replacement on select strength machines (e.g., OCCUPIED-9044 Chest Press)

4. Returns & Cancellations

Due to the custom and commercial nature of our products, all sales are final. Cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of order placement and may incur a 5% processing fee. Defective items must be reported within 14 days of receipt with photo/video evidence. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion. Used or pre-owned equipment is sold “as-is” with a separate 1-year limited warranty.
